Never Give Up
Born into a world of fear and strife,
from the very beginning we learn how to fight.
In our first breath we long for love,
the search is never over, so never give up.
Life seems unfair in this wayward world and mess,
hearts and souls are broken and burden with stress.
But still, there is hope despite these trails and dread,
never give up, your time is at hand.
It’s not over till the last bell sounds,
you are still in this fight, until the very last round,
although it seems you’re on the losing end,
there still is a champion, a warrior within,
love is your conquest; hope is your friend.
Your skies maybe sad and blue, but God is calling you,
this fight is not over until your final breath.
It is in this hour of mercy and grace,
these are times of a chaotic world loosing at best,
but the Father’s love is seeking you,
for in His arms, you shall find rest.
Love is your greatest dream, your greatest quest,
never give up, this fight must be met,
when battles are given over,
the heart finds life once again.
Never give up, your fight for love will always win.
